What Youll Need

Essential

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Significant experience within domiciliary care services
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Confidence operating at Registered Care Manager level
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required

Experience managing inspections rated Good or above

What Youll Do

Take full responsibility for CQC compliance inspections and ongoing quality standards
Lead support and manage the care and office team to deliver safe consistent care
Oversee care planning risk assessments and service delivery in the community
Manage staffing levels recruitment and performance issues as required
Build and maintain professional relationships with families commissioners and external professionals
