You will join one of our Sales teams based at our Nottingham office (NG9 6RZ). As part of the sales team some of your roles and responsibilities will include:

Utilising various communication methods to seek out new dealer opportunities working to get them on board with First Response Finance.
Seeking out opportunities to develop new skills and maximise any learning to continually grow.
Managing and prioritising your call cycle based on the potential of the dealerships at hand.
Utilising our product offering USPs & commission structures to win business from new and regressed dealerships.
Analysing and measuring your overall strategy and performance making tweaks where needed to ensure youre meeting the growth objectives in the team.
Delivering a high level of customer service to both our dealer partners and customers whether this is inbound or outbound.

This is a full-time position where you will work:

Monday to Friday: 09.00-17.30
One Saturday a month: 10:00-16:00
Hybrid with 2 days in the office (likely more during your training period)
