The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead grow and own the strategic direction of key regional and global accounts across social content creative and influencer marketing.

• Develop and oversee social and digital strategies ensuring alignment with client objectives brand positioning and market trends.

• Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of digital marketing activations from strategy to delivery and optimization.

• Guide reporting KPI measurement and analytics to monitor performance extract insights and continuously optimize campaigns.

• Act as a senior strategic partner to clients building strong trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

• Manage account operations including budgeting forecasting resource prioritization and account profitability.

• Lead mentor and develop account teams fostering collaboration accountability and professional growth.

• Collaborate closely with creative strategy performance and influencer teams to ensure integrated and impactful outcomes.

• Stay at the forefront of social media influencer marketing and digital trends translating insights into actionable strategies.

• 5 years of experience developing and executing social media programs and digital strategies within an agency or digital environment.

• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in social media strategy content strategy and digital marketing activations.

• Proven experience managing complex multi-platform digital campaigns across diverse clients.

• Influencer Marketing experience is considered a strong plus.

• Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring teams managing workloads and fostering collaboration.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail combined with solid financial acumen (budgeting forecasting prioritization).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field.
