Key Responsibilities

Support real estate finance transactions including lending acquisitions and development matters

Draft and negotiate loan documents and related agreements

Collaborate with partners and clients on complex real estate finance transactions

Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction documentation

Communicate with clients lenders borrowers and opposing counsel
