WHAT WILL YOU DO
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
- Your main responsibility is designing creating updating and maintaining checklists templates which is one of the key modules in our solution.
- You will work with the stakeholders to gather requirements on the checklists to be created updated or amended following the checklists standard operating procedures.
- Working within the Business Architecture & Solution Design team you will support the implementation of the checklists projects and requests
- You will support the Operational teams in different jurisdictions with the daily use of the checklists interacting with end-users IT and project team ensuring global standards are maintained
- You will work with colleagues and other stakeholders to investigate checklists issues and problems seeking effective business solutions through improvements
- Youll also assist in the analysis of underlying checklists issues and their root causes identifying available options for consideration such as new development
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Design create update standardize and maintain checklists (management) by working with international colleagues and other stakeholders to continuously improve the checklists and related business processes
- Investigate checklists issues and their root causes
- Assist in defining user acceptance tests for new or improved checklists enhancements
- Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make
- Support staff and teams in making your recommended checklist changes including helping to resolve any related issues
- Ensure that end-users checklists requests are addressed within Business SLAs

Required Experience
Essential Criteria:
- 1 Year Application Support
- Excellent organisational prioritisation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders including subject matter experts peers managers customers and suppliers
- Can do attitude ability to cope with tight deadlines and working under pressure
- Ability to take initiative and self-manage
- Experience of operating within a firm that shares some of the following features:
- Financial Services / Private Equity / Investor services industry
- Globally distributed teams
- Fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and challenges demonstrating strong analytical ability as well as providing informed insights
Desired Criteria:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint and Visio
- Ability to draft detailed mock-ups / specifications
- Experience in Agile ways of working
Desired Criteria:
- Familiar with applying standards practices and assessments relevant to product development is a plus
- A quick learner eager and proactive to support the business and become a subject matter expert
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops is beneficial but not essential
