Join PJs Coffee of Commons at Lake Olympia as a Store Manager/Supervisor where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to serving the finest coffee in Missouri City TX. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality.
Lead train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance and teamwork.
Manage inventory including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
Monitor financial performance including sales reports and budget management.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork and employee development.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management are a plus.
