Job Summary

JOIN THE SEYSES TEAM

SEYSES is an international engineering and construction company specialized in renewable energy delivering large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and energy infrastructure projects worldwide.

We are currently seeking two Quality Supervisors (Site/Construction) to support utility-scale renewable energy projects located in the south of Puerto Rico (USA).

POSITION OVERVIEW

The selected candidates will join the Clients Quality team providing on-site supervision and quality control support during construction and execution phases.

This role is site-based and focused on ensuring compliance with project specifications quality standards and construction requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

On-site quality supervision during construction activities.
Subcontractor quality control and oversight.
Review and management of quality documentation generated on site.
Identification tracking and resolution of Non-Conformities (NCRs).
Participation in quality and coordination meetings.
Verification of compliance with project technical specifications and standards.
Support during inspections and handover processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical background in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
Experience in quality supervision within construction projects.
Experience in Photovoltaic Plants Substations and/or Overhead Lines is highly desirable.
Site execution experience required.
Spanish language required; English valued.
Valid U.S. work authorization or eligibility to enter Puerto Rico (U.S. visa or ESTA where applicable).
Availability for immediate start.

PROJECT CONDITIONS

Location: South Puerto Rico (USA).
Duration: Minimum 68 months (extension possible).
On-site position.
