Key Responsibilities:
Coach individual leaders and participates in triad conversations when appropriate.
Administers Individual Development Plans (IDP) for strategic key seats & successors as determined by the People Practices business plans.
Collaborate with Business People Practices and provide input for talent management talent reviews and succession planning.
Manage the onboarding process for Leaders.
Collaborate with PP Leader and PP Business Partners on PP strategy and PP business plans.
Partner with other People Practices resources including Centers of Excellence People Operations and PP Initiatives.
Actively participate in regional and national Talent Advocate and People Practices meetings.
Ability to travel 50% annually within the domestic U.S.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a functional area of People Practices (ej. Talent Development Human Resources Learning & Development) business administration I/O psychology or a related field.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Construction Industry experience is a plus.
Languages Certifications and Licenses:
Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
Coaching Certification is a plus.
