Job Summary
As a member of the Visa Global Privacy Office (GPO) team you will work on complex privacy and information governance topics shaping the global payments ecosystem as we enter the AI age. Role Summary:
In this role you will play a hands-on technical role in scaling GPOs privacy operations. This position will support the development and automation of privacy metrics dashboards streamline workflows using AI and automation and promote efficiency and innovation across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the scale in operations to allow the privacy programme to handle increasing volumes of data and expanding regulatory requirements through improved dashboards and automation
- Maintain existing privacy dashboards using Power BI SQL and other tools.
- Increase programmatic efficiency through reduction of manual effort by automating repetitive manual privacy tasks (e.g. DSAR cookie tracking) and embedding AI and Automation into workflows. This includes building and testing AI agents and chatbots for privacy-related use cases.
- Accelerate innovation across the team by improving team technical expertise using AI and automation in our processes.
- Document technical processes to ensure continuity and reduce single points of failure.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in data visualisation automation and workflow optimisation.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX) SQL and integration methods.
- Experience with AI tools and chatbot development.
- Understanding of privacy operations and global privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
- Excellent verbal written presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.
- Versatility ability to prioritize and handle a large number of tasks and ability to work effectively on a smallteam with significant workload.
- Prior people manager experience.
- Ability to successfully navigate environments with imperfect information and to assess and predict second and third order impacts.
- Ability to understand and document project requirements and dependencies.
- Strong people skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients at all levels of management and work on cross-functional teams on complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical.
