Size and Functions of Local Team: Head of Sales 3x Account Executives (being hired) 2 AWS Account executives

Role Description:

  • This is a full-cycle Account Executive role within a high-growth cloud FinOps startup.
  • Supported by Agency BDRs youll be working in a high-velocity sales motion
  • Typical cycles involve 13calls followed by a cloud consumption check (done by Blocks) before onboarding the client.
  • Deals average 10K MRR with the company earning 10% of total GMV (cloud consumption price)
  • Target / KPI:6-month guaranteed commission then % commission over ARR generated

Must Haves:

  • Open to any BDR or high velocity (start-up focused )AE from AWS as long as they sold to the German Market
  • Can also be an AE from any AWS reseller (e.g. Automate IT DoiT) as long as it was high-velocity sales and focused on the German market.
  • Sharp ambitious and driven with a strong work ethic and start-up mindset

  • Targeting 8085 rated candidates

  • Doers not perfectionists high agency pragmatic and hands-on

  • Consultative sellers not pushy natural ability to convince and guide

  • Charismaticlyextroverted and credible professionals

Nice to Haves:

  • Native German speaker

  • Berlin-based

Hiring Process:

  1. Initial screening with Bluebird

  2. Interview with Hiring Manager (Konstantin or Andrea)

    (might add a role play in between)

  3. Final interview with Founder

Salary & Benefits:

  • 6575K base salary / 130150K OTE
  • BDRs stepping into the AE role will get 120K OTE 50/50
  • Equity (VSOP): 1-year cliff 4-year vesting
