Job Summary
Were looking for a Java Developer to join a backend-focused project built with Quarkus running in a cloud-native environment on GCP and Kubernetes. The project is highly automated with strong engineering practices around testing and deployment.
CANDIDATES OUTSIDE OF PORTUGAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Responsibilities:
Develop new features in a custom authorization platform where services manage and consume their own users
Build backend services using Java (Quarkus)
Write and maintain automated tests using JUnit
Participate actively in code reviews and continuous improvement
Work in a CI/CD-driven environment with automated pipelines and deployments
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Experience with Java ideally with Quarkus
Solid backend development skills
Experience writing and maintaining tests (JUnit)
Comfortable working with code reviews and clean code practices
Interest in technically complex systems with clear and well-defined business logic
(Nice to have) Exposure to cloud environments GCP and Kubernetes
