We are looking for our next ServiceNow developer:

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related;
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree;
• Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects;
• Familiarity with industry-specific applications of ServiceNow (e.g. HR Service Delivery Customer Service Management);
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM);
• Experience with ServiceNow development including customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications;
• Strong skills in JavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS;
• Experience with other scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly;
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs SOAP and other integration methods;
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools;
• Proficiency in working with ServiceNow data including data import export and manipulation;
• Experience with ServiceNow data schema tables and CMDB (Configuration Management Database);
• Experience in creating and managing workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and UI actions;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges;
• Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;
• Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope time and budget constraints;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions;
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements and creating comprehensive documentation;
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Fluent in English.
