As an Export Logistics Planner in our team you will take on a central role in logistics contributing significantly to our delivery capacity and optimizing processes for our export business.
Your contribution to something big:
- Planning & Scheduling: Manage planning and scheduling for heating appliances merchandise goods and installation accessories from internal and external suppliers;
- Supplier Management: Maintain close communication with internal and external suppliers ensuring timely deliveries and conducting regular forecast alignment meetings with key suppliers;
- Demand & Inventory Planning: Develop monthly demand plans taking responsibility over inventory availability and planning for externally sourced accessories;
- Interface Management: Act as the main contact for the sales department and other interfaces ensuring seamless flow of goods and information;
- Process & Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and implement projects to improve logistics processes including calculating and defining optimal supply chains based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and contributing to our overall continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Completed degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Business Informatics ideally with a focus on Logistics or a comparable qualification;
- Experience: Several years in logistics purchasing or production environments ideally in scheduling or logistics planning;
- Know-how: Proficient in SAP (namely in MM and SD; knowledge of Analysis/BW is an advantage) and MS Office (especially Excel). Familiarity with Bosch Production System is a plus;
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus);
- Working Style and Methods: Structured independent and goal-oriented with strong analytical skills;
- Personality: Communicative and assertive team player who shows initiative and can influence stakeholders effectively even under pressure.
