Job Summary

As a Business Analyst youll work on high-impact projects related to credit risk IFRS9 FINREP Basel IV and more helping to deliver smarter more automated reporting solutions. Youll be part of a cross-border team (Lisbon Porto Paris) supporting both development and production activities.

Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Design and validate innovative solutions to automate and streamline reporting processes.
- Support users during closing periods and ensure smooth production monitoring.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to change management documentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance or reporting.
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory and French is a plus.
- Background in Banking is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Team player with a proactive client-focused attitude.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
