Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role
Join a leading all-in-one business travel management platform that makes corporate travel seamless. Employees can book trains flights hotels and car rentals while managers enjoy tools for group bookings subscriptions and expense trackingall in a single easy-to-use app.

As a Customer Service Specialist youll be the first point of contact for clients helping them navigate the platform resolve issues and ensure smooth travel experiencesall while upholding corporate policies and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist clients with booking modifying and canceling travel arrangements.
  • Provide accurate information about travel services destinations and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain and update CRM records for accurate tracking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to enhance platform and processes.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service role ideally in the travel industry.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Fluent English (C1) and French (C2) verbal and written.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Adaptable and flexible thriving in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross salary: 1000/month

  • Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day

  • Hands-on experience in the travel tech industry

  • Supportive collaborative team environment with on-site guidance
