Job Summary
Are you a night owl with a sharp eye for detail
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is key to ensuring accurate reporting smooth front desk operations and a safe welcoming environment overnight.
- Support the Night Manager with daily financial reconciliations and auditing tasks
- Maintain guest accounts and process check-ins check-outs and payments accurately
- Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments
- Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded
- Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures
- Step into Night Manager duties when required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor (highly regarded)
- Confident in using Opera PMS
- Strong numerical reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Professional grooming and presentation
