What you will do
- Learn modern technology to produce packaging materials
- Become proficient in safety ergonomics and environmental conditions of production
- Study of quality requirements of customers and how to fulfil them
- Having an overview of different working processes of the entire production and how to balance their efficiencies
- Eradicate losses by contributing to World Class Manufacturing (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
- You will use the Infinite loop approach means using proper analysis methods set priorities based on them use problem solving methods follow-up and maintain
- Leading projects within the organization and participate in cross-functional activities
- Drive innovation to improve machine productivity and reliability.
- You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network
We believe you have
- You are Fresh graduate or have one year relevant experience as Process/Production engineer
- You completed an educational degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering (Graduated in 2025-2026)
- You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive
- You are a true team player with good communication and presentation skills
- You are able to work independently and apply what youve learnt into practice
- You have some automation knowledge. (PLC and Scada et)
- You are familiar with TPM/Process Improvement knowledge and application
- You have good understanding of digital skills including MS Excel Power BI Power Point
- You are willing to work with own hands & in shifts
- You are a Team Player quick Learner and someone with strong drive and ownership
