The Opportunity
Youre a builder of markets of teams and of broker partnerships. As Director Regional Sales youll own growth for your assigned region by pairing handson business development with leadership that elevates our brokerage channel. Youll manage key Mortgage Broker relationships hit personal sales targets and coach Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deliver consistent outstanding performance across your territory. Reporting to the VP National Sales youll be a visible market leader who strengthens Bridgewater Banks brand and drives sustainable revenue.

How Youll Make an Impact
- Drive Regional Sales Growth & Strategy: Lead and execute regional sales plans to achieve production growth and profitability targets. Identify market opportunities monitor performance and trends and adjust tactics to keep the region on track. Provide insight into product enhancements based on broker and market feedback.
- Broker Relationships & Personal Production: Personally manage a portfolio of Mortgage Broker relationships deliver timely solutionbased service and meet individual sales targets. Collaborate closely with Underwriting to balance speed and service with appropriate risk standards. Represent Bridgewater at industry events to enhance visibility and trust.
- Coach Regional BDMs: Mentor and support BDMs to strengthen sales effectiveness and deepen broker relationships. Rolemodel a highperformance collaborative sales culture and provide ontheground support at key events to intentionally grow the business.
- Elevate Broker Sales Experience: Champion process improvements clear communication and a consistent professional brand presence aligned with Bridgewater Bank values. Partner with Marketing to share regional insights and support valuebased initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
- Postsecondary degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline.
- 810 years progressive sales/business development experience within the residential mortgage industry.
- 35 years leading or coaching sales professionals.
- AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer credit and mortgage products and the broker channel.
- Proven relationshipbuilding communication presentation and negotiation skills; strong organization and strategic/analytical thinking; able to manage competing priorities and achieve targets.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
