About the Role
Dysons is seeking an experienced and proactive Return to Work Coordinatorto play a key role in supporting the health safety and wellbeing of our people across a multi-site transport operation.
In this role you will provide end-to-end return to work and workers compensation management with a strong focus on early intervention sustainable outcomes and legislative compliance. Working closely with key stakeholders you will be a trusted advisor who champions safety wellbeing and best practice injury management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing proactive case management for injured employees with a focus on early intervention
- Developing implementing and monitoring effective return to work plans in collaboration with leaders
- Coaching managers and supervisors in effective injury management practices
- Managing workers compensation claims end-to-end including liaison with insurers and monitoring costs
- Ensuring compliance with legislative award and accredited bus operator requirements
- Supporting safety and wellness initiatives and contributing to broader safety activities when required
About You

You will ideally bring:
- Accredited Return to Work Coordinator certification
- Demonstrated experience in early intervention and achieving sustainable return to work outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of workers compensation legislation and best practice injury management
- A proven commitment to safety and workplace wellbeing
- Experience supporting or delivering workplace wellness initiatives
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- A proactive self-motivated approach and a positive team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
