Job Summary

About the Role
Dysons is seeking an experienced and proactive Return to Work Coordinatorto play a key role in supporting the health safety and wellbeing of our people across a multi-site transport operation.
In this role you will provide end-to-end return to work and workers compensation management with a strong focus on early intervention sustainable outcomes and legislative compliance. Working closely with key stakeholders you will be a trusted advisor who champions safety wellbeing and best practice injury management.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing proactive case management for injured employees with a focus on early intervention
  • Developing implementing and monitoring effective return to work plans in collaboration with leaders
  • Coaching managers and supervisors in effective injury management practices
  • Managing workers compensation claims end-to-end including liaison with insurers and monitoring costs
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative award and accredited bus operator requirements
  • Supporting safety and wellness initiatives and contributing to broader safety activities when required
About You

We are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
You will ideally bring:
  • Accredited Return to Work Coordinator certification
  • Demonstrated experience in early intervention and achieving sustainable return to work outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of workers compensation legislation and best practice injury management
  • A proven commitment to safety and workplace wellbeing
  • Experience supporting or delivering workplace wellness initiatives
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • A proactive self-motivated approach and a positive team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
