Your Mission
Asour Project Manageryoulllead and inspire teams to deliver ambitious project goals build lasting partnerships drive excellence in every phaseinnovate forsafety and quality and foster continuous growth for yourself and others.
Your Role
- Lead and Inspire: Champion the coordination of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire Protection systems toachieve ambitious project goals. Support and mentor in-house professionals driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.
- Win Work Build Relationships:Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits RFP responses and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients architects and engineers embodying Dimeos commitment to integrity and partnership.
- Deliver Excellence:Guide andexpeditesystems with a relentless focus on budget safety schedule and quality. Resolve major project issues support operations reporting and ensure every clientobjectiveis metduring and beyond project completion.
- Strategize and Innovate:Develop and implement project safety plansidentifyrisks and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetingsestablishcommunication protocols and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup testing commissioning and training.
- Grow People:Participatein annual performance reviews mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
