We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedExecutive Certification to join our used car operations team. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting evaluating and certifying used vehicles based on standardized quality and safety parameters. The role involves working closely with procurement sales and refurbishment teams to ensure all certified vehicles meet company and regulatory standards.

• KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

• Conduct detailed inspections of pre-owned vehicles to assess their condition (mechanical electrical structural and cosmetic).
• Prepare accurate inspection reports covering engine performance transmission suspension braking and other key components.
• Ensure each vehicle meets the defined certification checklist and quality standards before it is listed for sale.
• Work with technicians and service centers to recommend necessary repairs/refurbishments for certification.
• Validate service history insurance and accident records of vehicles through relevant documentation and tools.
• Assist in developing and updating inspection protocols based on evolving industry standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for vehicle evaluation during acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with RTO and regulatory norms concerning certified used vehicles.
• Support training of junior evaluators or dealership staff on inspection standards and documentation practices.

• MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
• Ensure 100% of vehicles undergo thorough inspection and meet all certification criteria before being listed for sale
• Generate and maintain detailed inspection reports highlighting vehicle condition damages (if any) and repair recommendations.
• Complete inspections and certifications within defined timelines to avoid delays in inventory readiness.
• Coordinate with service teams and workshops to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs or refurbishments based on inspection results.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit regular reports on inspection outcomes certification status and quality metrics.

Role Specifications

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Marketing or Automotive Management.

Years and type of experience:

3-8 years of experiencee

Knowledge of vehicle valuation platforms

Technical Competencies:
