Associate / Senior Associate / Legal Director- Commercial Real Estate - Norwich with hybrid working
Client
Ahighly successfulReal Estatepractice in a leading UK law firm
Role
- Draft and negotiate contracts deeds and documents
- Provide high quality advice to a wide range of clients on complex property transactions
- Play an active role in business development
- 3 years PQE with a strong background in commercial property
- Track record of successful caseload management with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
- Commercial landlord and tenant work
- Investment and asset management
- General commercial property development and/or strategic land work
- Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
- Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
