About the Role


At Exotel we help leading banks and insurers transform customer conversations at scale. As an Enterprise Sales Manager Banking & Insurance you will own large complex enterprise deals selling AI-powered Voice Bots Conversational AI CCaaS and CPaaS solutions.
This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.

What Youll Do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Banking & Insurance accounts

  • Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion

  • Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement cost optimisation and compliance

  • Engage CXOs Digital CX IT and Operations leaders

  • Lead discovery solutioning pricing and contract negotiations

  • Partner with Product Pre-sales and CX teams to close complex deals

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy

Success Metrics

  • Enterprise revenue and pipeline targets

  • AI & Voice Bot deal contribution

  • Deal size win rates and forecast accuracy

What Were Looking For

  • 812 years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS platforms or managed services)

  • Proven experience selling to Banking & Insurance customers

  • Exposure to AI Voice Bots Conversational AI CCaaS or CPaaS solutions

  • Strong solution-selling commercial and executive communication skills
