We have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Managerto join ourGround Operations Teamat KefaloniaAirport on a fulltime seasonal contract basis for Summer 2026!

Reporting to theRegional ManagertheDuty Manageris responsible for the day to day management of all operations at the airport ensuring our andJet2holidayscustomers consistently receive first class levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities will include -
  • Leading our operational team at the airport ensuring the delivery of aVIP customer experience
  • Oversight of all Ground Operations activity at the airport both landside and airside
  • Ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
  • Monitoring and analysing airport key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements
  • Assisting theRegional Managerwith key operational meetings as well as planning recruitment and resource allocation to ensure operational requirements are met
  • Working effectively with our key stakeholders including ground handling partners airport authorities and our andJet2holidays colleagues to drive a One Team ethos at all times.
  • There may be the requirement to travel to support other Airports at busy times
This is a role with a high level of operational responsibility whilst working as an ambassador for our brand values.As we are always on hand to help our customers this positioninvolves working on a rosteredshift basis and requiresflexibilityto support our flight programme.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading and managing teams from within anAviation Airline or Ground handlingenvironment. We are looking for an inspirational leader who is committed to the development of others and who shares our passion for delivering the highest standards in customer service and safety. Excellent administration skills are required including roster planning and KPI management. Strong operational experience within an airport environment is essential for this role and you will ideally have experience of managing/building relationships with service providers and senior stakeholders. As you will be working with our UK customer base fluency in both English and Greek is required.
