Summary
Responsible for the implementation of configuration management standards measurements planning and conducting configuration audits as well as the timely generation of releases cold starts status accounting records and reports.

Excel Word Power Point and database experience
Ability to implement and manage CM processes and procedures on multiple programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving ability
Prepare and deliver timely software releases to customers
Knowledge to install and configure software on deliverable PCs.
Ability to scale Lean and Agile software development practices and understand the opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large program.
Provide technical support to software development teams regarding usage of development tools and processes
Experience in continuous integration software release environment must have CM tool and continuous integration tool experience (preferably GitHub and Jenkins).
Responsible for preparing Configuration Management Plans and Version Description Documents.
Responsible for controlling source code project documents and process documents
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or computer related field
Must possess at least 3 years experience in the simulation or software development industry
Ability to interface with internal and external customers
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Military configuration management requirements and SEI Capability Maturity Model Integrated and AS9100
Security Responsibilities
Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials in any form. Shall not divulge any information or afford access to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Work Environment
Duties performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility.
Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required.
The employee is on call 24x7 for the resolution of problems and issues.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to operate a personal computer and sit at workstation for extended periods of time
May be required to climb stairs.
Ability to occasionally travel CONUS and to International sites
Ability to occasionally work overtime and on/off sifts as required
