As aProject Management Leaderfor the Madison Wisconsin site youwillplay a pivotal role within ourGlobal Project Management group leading a talented team of Project Managers who supportBioanalytical LC-MS clients. This is your opportunity to make a real impactensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from start to finish while championing client satisfaction and operational excellence.

What YouWillDo

Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers providing guidance coaching and career development opportunities.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery ensuringtimelycommunication and effective use of tools for successful execution.

Act as a trusted partner for issue resolution client management and process improvement.

Collaborate closely with the Bioanalytical management group to drive initiatives and operational enhancements.

Build strong networks across internal teamsincluding Commercial Early Development and Central Laboratoriesto optimize practices and resolve challenges.

What WeAre Looking For

Proven experience incontract research pharma or biotechindustries.

Strongpeople and project managementexpertisewith a client-facing background.

Skilled inissue resolution process improvement and change management.

Analyticalorlaboratory experience withcommercialandfinancial awareness.

Education & Credentials

Degree in Life Sciences (or related field).

Project Management certification is desirable.

Pay Range: $125000 - $15000 annually.

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
