Position Summary: The Audition Day Ambassador supports the Recruitment Office during the audition period (Jan 30th - March 3rd 2026) by welcoming and checking in applicants coming for auditions and assisting them as they navigate the School. Serving as a key point of contact Ambassadors help create a positive organized and welcoming audition-day experience. Hours will vary based on audition day schedules.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Current Schulich School of Music student or former student/alumni.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with prospective students and families.
Friendly professional and welcoming demeanor.
Reliable punctual and able to follow schedules and detailed instructions.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with Recruitment Office staff.
Familiarity with the Schulich School of Music its programs facilities and student life (asset)
Ability to provide clear directions basic campus tours and general information to visitors.
