We are currently looking for an energetic hard-working Concentrates MH/Operator to work a permanent full-time position onMonday to Thursday (06:00-16:00)at our Alliston facility.
What Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Perform warehouse operations equipment setup line operation and cleaning duties in the Hemo-Concentrates department.
- Load empty bottles inspect and pack filled bottles into cartons or gaylords and load cartons onto skids.
- Maintain and troubleshoot carton forming and taping machinery; carry out batch changes.
- Acquire packing materials shrink wrap skids return to the warehouse and operate carton former and taping equipment.
- Perform daily weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as required.
What Youll Bring
- Successful completion of a High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience (Proof will be requested).
- Experience doing repetitive tasks.
- Successful completion of reach and counterbalance truck instruction.
- Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment.
- Experience in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in a high-speed setting (assembly line background preferred).
- Demonstrated good attendance performance and attitude applying Baxters Shared Commitments.
- Ability to work in both climate-controlled areas and with required equipment and tools.
We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end this position has a pay rate of $27.90 an hour. You may also be entitled to a shift premium for all shift premium eligible hours which will be included in your bi-weekly pay. Shift premium pay is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the Company.
