Job Summary

The Propositions Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategies for new and existing life insurance and investment products and services including supporting initiatives that will strengthen our products and services offer and make them easy to buy for customers and easy to sell for distribution teams.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products.

  • Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and funds across multiple channels such as digital social media events and traditional advertising.

  • Develop various marketing contents and communication materials and ensure that our proposition resonate with respective target audiences.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand marketing requirements and strengthen product positioning messaging strategies content aligned with the overall business goals (e.g. sales goals NBV etc).

  • Research and analyses market trends competitor offerings demographics and other information that affects proposition strategies.

2. Monitor proposition marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendation for optimization of messaging content etc.

3. Closely work with Product Management and Distribution teams in the implementation of business goals and requirements to drive product growth and profitability. Distribution includes Agency Bancassurance and Investment Management.

4. Monitor and track KPIs and budget.

5. Manage Risk Governance.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the areas of Marketing Branding / Advertising Digital Marketing Product Management

  • Must be a degree holder of any 4-year Marketing or business-related course
