POSITION OVERVIEW:

We areseekinga highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to support strategic financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis ideal candidate will translate complex financial data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve financial performance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling forecasting and business operations along with excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.

WORK LOCATION:

The Senior Accountant position is eligible for hybrid work with in-officerequirementat Syner-Gs Framingham MA office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developmaintain and analyze financial models to support business planning forecasting and decision-making.

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and alignment with company goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insightsonbusiness performance.

• Identifytrends risks and opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to drive financial performance.

• Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches cost reduction programs and investment analyses.

• Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Technical Skills:

• 46 years of experience in financial planning & analysis corporate finance or related roles.

• Strong financial modeling forecasting and analytical skills.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

• Ability to work independently andproblem solveproactively.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment; strong collaborator and interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management skills: ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple tasks concurrently adapt to changing priorities and to meet deadlines.

• Flexible and willing to take on unfamiliar tasks.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail.

• Strong communicationand presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
