Job Title
Plant WD Finishing Latex Operator Shift 2Position Overview
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for sewing secondary backing together as well as operating the selvage bailer and adhesive pan.
Essential Duties:
Sew rolls of backing together for continuous production
Operate the bailer (selvage)
Operate the secondary applicator
Maintain viscosities for the applicator
Give breaks for sew-on
Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to stand stoop kneel crouch and hear
Occasionally required to reach handle walk and climb
Must be able to lift 70 lbs ten (10) times per shift
Work in a normal industrial environment with inherent background noise dirt humidity and temperature variations
