Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our NNRP Resident (New Grad) at CHI St. Vincent North now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health youll make the transition from practicing procedures as a student to becoming a professional nurse. Youll build trust with your clinical preceptor and patients as you practice classroom concepts in real-time. Our residency program establishes your position as a reliable resource and helpful supporter of patients and families. The Summer Residency cohort will start July 2026.
Success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others and to put your classroom experience into practice. Well teach you everything you need to know about working at our hospital making this a perfect starting point to launch your nursing career.
This job s responsible for providing a wide variety of professional nursing services which focus on the provision of quality patient care consistent with hospital standards/values applicable regulatory requirements and scope of practice for the nursing profession. Work also includes developing implementing and assessing the patient plan of care during time of stay in collaboration with physicians interdisciplinary teams and the patient/family.
- Youre in patient rooms quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor
- Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility
- Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice
- Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients
We are offering a $15000 Sign On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements
- Associates Degree In Nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
