Job Summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team as the Cardiovascular Prep & Recovery Manager. This is a full-time contract position located in Independence MO USA. As the Registered Nurse Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiovascular Prep & Recovery department. This includes managing a team of nurses and support staff ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of nurses and support staff in the Cardiovascular Prep & Recovery department - Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies procedures and standards of care - Monitor and maintain the quality of patient care including patient outcomes patient satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements - Develop and implement processes and protocols to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department - Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care - Provide guidance and support to staff including training mentoring and performance evaluations - Manage department budget and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness - Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the department and organization - Stay current with industry trends best practices and advancements in cardiovascular care Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri - Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required Masters degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong knowledge of cardiovascular care and procedures - Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to manage and develop a team - Experience with budget management and resource allocation - Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and departments - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call as needed At Progeny HR Solutions LLC we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
