Male Field Laboratory Representative (FLR)
Job Title and Overview: This role is a critical part of the quantitative drug testing analysis performed by Dominion Diagnostics. You will be responsible for collecting urine specimens from patients entering patient information into the electronic requisition form and packaging and shipping all specimens to the laboratory for the purpose of analysis.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 9:00-2:00p
- Hours and location information will be provided to you by the management for this role at the time of initial conversation and/or interview.
The FLR will perform the following duties while delivering superior customer service: Facilitate the collection of urine samples while following departmental policies and complete all required order entry tasks. Maintain inventory of sampling supplies and ordering as needed. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation. Follow established HIPAA and compliance policies. Must work efficiently with a team of laboratory professionals.
