The primary role of the Physician Liaison is to develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent strategic field call strategies. Working with the Institutes Departments Strategic Development Marketing and the Regional/Network leadership the objective of the work is to drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and services as identified through the organizations strategic growth/business plans. This individual positively represents the hospital clinical service lines and medical staff to referral sources with the intent to develop and strengthen referral source relationships that contribute to the organizations reputation and market position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Requires Bachelors degree or related equivalent experience preferably in marketing communications business and/or public health.

Work Experience: Requires a minimum of five years related experience with a minimum of three years of outside field sales experience preferably in health care and/or physician/practice relationships.

Required Licensure Certification etc.: Valid drivers license. Motor vehicle for regional travel- about 75% of the work week.

Salary Range: Minimum 31.06/hour - Maximum 51.29/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
