These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Must Skills:Salesforce Lightning FSC
Required:
- Salesforce Platform Proficiency
- Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Lightning components Apex SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud including its data models configurations and functionality.
- Ability to design and implement solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud capabilities to meet business requirements.
- Financial Services Cloud Expertise
- Deep understanding of Financial Services Cloud components and their application within the industry.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Financial Services Cloud to optimize business processes and enhance user experience.
- Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Ability to develop and optimize Apex code for custom server-side logic with a focus on asynchronous processing and platform events.
- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) to customize user interfaces and extend Salesforce standard functionality.
- Solution Design and Architecture
- Proficiency in analyzing business requirements designing technical solutions and mapping them to Salesforce FSC capabilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodology and experience in working on cross-functional team collaboration for iterative development.
Nice to Have:
- Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) Expertise
- Familiarity with Vlocitys core modules including OmniStudio (OmniScripts FlexCards DataRaptors and Integration Procedures).
- Understanding of Vlocitys Industry-Specific Data Models and their application within Financial Services.
- Basic knowledge of JSON and how integration works with Vlocity.
Additional Skills:
- Able to translate customer requirements and gap/fit analysis into comprehensible functional configuration of .
- Experience with JavaScript / jQuery.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.
- Must be able to think independently and creatively.
- Attitude for taking on technical challenges.
- Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem (Sales Service Community clouds) and adjust to new technologies methods and apps.
