Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with deep expertise in Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) testing. This is a remote part-time role requiring a senior-level professional who can independently own testing strategy execution and quality assurance across complex Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional system integration regression and UAT testing for Salesforce applications
- Lead testing efforts for Salesforce Experience Cloud portals (Customer Partner Employee communities)
- Validate profiles permission sets role hierarchy sharing rules and data visibility
- Test Lightning Experience Flows validation rules Apex triggers and declarative automation
- Validate Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and third-party systems
- Perform cross-browser mobile and responsive testing for Experience Cloud sites
- Test SSO authentication authorization and identity management
- Perform data validation using SOQL reports dashboards and Salesforce objects
- Identify log track and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with Developers Business Analysts and Product Owners in Agile/Scrum environments
- Create and maintain test plans test cases test scenarios and test summary reports
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud testing
- Extensive experience testing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and access control
- Experience testing Flows Process Builder Workflow Rules and Validation Rules
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) testing concepts
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman REST SOAP)
- Strong knowledge of SOQL Salesforce data model objects and relationships
- Proven experience working in remote Agile/Scrum teams
