Role Information
The school is seeking a dedicated Food Technology Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 with opportunities at KS5 for an experienced candidate. You will deliver practical and theory-based lessons ensuring students develop strong technical skills alongside a clear understanding of nutrition food science and sustainability.
You will play an active role in curriculum planning coursework moderation and maintaining high standards of health and safety. The role also involves supporting enrichment activities such as cooking clubs and themed food events.
Requirements
QTS and a relevant degree
Experience teaching Food Technology or Hospitality at secondary level
Strong practical skills and health & safety knowledge
Excellent classroom and workshop management
