The Opportunity
A high-performing secondary school in Harrogate is seeking a motivated Science Teacher to join its successful Science department. This role is well suited to an Early Career Teacher with excellent training mentoring and departmental support.
You will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 with opportunities to specialise in Biology Chemistry or Physics as you progress.

Science Teacher Key Responsibilities
Teach Science across KS3 and KS4
Deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Monitor progress and support student achievement
Work collaboratively with colleagues and technicians
Contribute to enrichment and STEM activities
The Ideal Science Teacher
Degree in a Science-related subject
QTS (or due to obtain)
Enthusiastic about practical science teaching
Strong classroom management and organisation
Committed to continuous professional development
