Job Summary
What Youll Do
Investor & Deal Flow Operations
Process subscriptions redemptions transfers and capital movements for AIFs
Handle investor onboarding and AML/KYC reviews
Maintain accurate shareholder and investor registers
Support closings capital calls and investor events
Alternative Funds Exposure
Work on Private Equity Private Debt Real Estate and other AIF structures
Interact with complex ownership chains SPVs and institutional investors
Understand how fund documentation translates into operational reality
Controls & Quality
Apply PSF-level procedures and controls
Support audits reviews and regulatory requests
Contribute to improving TA workflows and automation
Who You Are
Bachelors or Masters in Finance Economics Business or similar
First experience (internship or junior role) in fund administration TA or operations
Curious about alternative investments and how they operate end-to-end
Detail-oriented but not afraid of responsibility
Comfortable working in a regulated deadline-driven environment
Languages
Fluent English (French is a plus)
