Key Responsibilities:

• Assist travellers via chat email and online platforms with a wide range of travel inquiries

• Handle reservations for flights hotels car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations

• Provide accurate information about travel plans entry requirements baggage policies and refund processes

• Support customers with account-related concerns payments and loyalty or rewards programs

• Identify urgent or complex cases such as delays or missed connections and escalate appropriately

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery

• Meet defined quality standards productivity goals and response-time KPIs

• Stay updated on travel regulations destination changes system tools and process enhancements

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
