We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Partners Acquisition - Thailand to lead our clients regional growth initiatives within the forex and/or fintech sectors. This role is responsible for driving strategic partnerships optimizing departmental performance and cultivating long-term relationships with partners (Introducing brokers - IBs).

As a Head of Partners Acquisition your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Own full accountability for Introducing Broker (IB) performance and commercial growth in Thailand ensuring revenue volume and market expansion targets are consistently achieved.
Define and execute a clear country-level strategy tailored to the Thai market translating business objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
Drive sustainable market growth by proactively identifying opportunities mitigating risks and addressing performance gaps.
Lead motivate and develop a team of Business Development Managers fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Establish monitor and optimise clear KPIs for the IB function taking ownership of performance management through coaching feedback and corrective actions.
Design and deliver strategic initiatives to acquire new IB partnerships while strengthening retaining and scaling existing relationships.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Support Dealing Payments Product Compliance and other internal teams to ensure alignment on initiatives impacting market performance.
Analyse partner activity market trends and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships to maximise partner engagement loyalty and commercial potential.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making refine strategies and enhance overall departmental effectiveness.
Bachelors degree in Business Management Economics or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB) functions within the Forex or Fintech industry including at least 23 years in a leadership role managing IB and Business Development teams.
Full professional fluency in Thai and English with the ability to operate confidently in both strategic and commercial discussions.
Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities with a proven ability to coach develop and motivate teams to deliver measurable business results.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with experience leading high-level negotiations and strategic conversations with partners and market participants.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel including data analysis reporting and performance tracking.
In-depth understanding of financial markets with strong exposure to Forex crypto or related trading products.
Excellent negotiation presentation and active listening skills supported by a proven track record of closing partnerships and driving partner performance optimisation.
