This BA will be coming into an ongoing enhancement projects related to the My Flight application within the crew technology space that is used by Flight Attendants during flights
MyFlight:
Is the main one that gives Flight attendants use during flights to get customer information flight updates crew information and announcement information
Also houses all the FA manuals for compliance with FAA guidelines
There is an exciting AI project in the pipeline for Galley search locater
Tells a flight attendant where something in located if they cant find it
They can fly on any plane so sometimes it confusing between different fleets
Call backs to the galley for catering cost the company 1M
