As we continue to expand aggressively in North America were looking for a Hunter-style Technical Account Manager who thrives on opening new doors shaping complex solutions and driving high-value multi-year transformation engagements.

The Role

This is a hybrid role combining technical pre-sales solution leadership and new-logo hunting. You will be the technical front-line during client engagements-leading discovery mapping technology needs shaping solutions and partnering with Sales and Delivery to convert opportunities into long-term programs.

What Youll Do

New Logo Hunting & Pre-Sales Leadership (50 60%)

Drive net-new customer acquisition across Manufacturing Mobility and Healthcare verticals.

Build a strong early-stage pipeline through proactive outreach ecosystem partners and targeted GTM plays.

Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover engineering data cloud and IoT needs.

Own technical qualification for RFPs workshops PoCs and pilot engagements.

Position MTSLs end-to-end capabilities including:

o Digital Engineering (CAD/CAE/Validation mechanical design E/E systems)

o Embedded systems and Infotainment

o Data Engineering BI/Analytics AI/ML

o Cloud Migration & Application Modernization

o IoT Connectivity Telematics

o Engineering pods staff augmentation & ODC models

Technical Solutioning & Thought Leadership (25 30%)

Translate business pain points into actionable solution architectures.

Work with global engineering teams (Chennai Noida US) to define SoWs estimates and delivery models.

Run demos deep-dive sessions and solution walkthroughs with client technology teams.

Ensure proposed solutions align to technical environments budgets and long-term outcomes.

Expansion & Customer Success Influence (10 20%)

Support smooth handoff to Delivery & Customer Success teams while remaining the technical advisor.

Identify expansion opportunities across engineering data cloud and IoT solutions.

Ecosystem & Internal Collaboration

Work with AWS Microsoft Tech Mahindra and other partners to secure co-sell and joint solution opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales Delivery Engineering HR and Finance across U.S. and India teams.

Provide on-the-ground insights to refine offerings pricing and GTM strategy.

What You Bring

Technical Skills

Experience in two or more of the following is ideal:

Digital Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / CAD & CAE

Embedded systems / Infotainment / Telematics

Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Data Engineering BI Analytics AI/ML

IoT Mobility Connected Devices

Application modernization or software engineering

Sales & Business Development Skills

Proven track record in acquiring new logos or technical pre-sales responsibility.

Ability to lead technical discovery solution shaping and proposal development.

Comfortable engaging engineering leaders CIO/CTO VP of Product and Procurement.

Strong negotiation objection handling and value-based consultative selling skills.

Soft Skills

Executive presence with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

High sense of urgency accountability and ownership.

Excellent communication-written verbal and interpersonal.

Thrives in a fast-moving global matrixed environment.

Success Metrics

New logos and ACV/TCV booked

Pipeline generated and qualified

PoC / pilot conversion rate

Revenue and margin targets achieved

Technical win rate in competitive cycles

Client satisfaction and retention post-sale

Preferred Qualifications

5 12 years in Technical Account Management Solutions Consulting Sales Engineering or similar.

Experience in Engineering Services Digital Transformation or Global Delivery models strongly preferred.

Engineering Computer Science or equivalent technical background.

AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are a plus.
