Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Machine Operator

Location: Swedesboro NJ

Training:

Candidates will be required to travel to Kansas City for 4 6 weeks.
Training will be conducted with the Weber team covering machine integration and operational learnings.
Travel and training expenses will be covered.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production line equipment.
Perform machine set-ups adjustments and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with safety food safety and quality standards.
Work with maintenance/engineering teams for smooth equipment integration.
Document production runs and reports issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Willingness to travel for training (4 6 weeks).
Ability to work assigned shifts (1st or 2nd).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
