Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join a well-established and growing builder specializing in commercial building projects. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the pre-construction process and influencing project success from day one.

What Youll Do

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Analyze drawings specifications and project requirements
Solicit review and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
Develop budgets value engineering options and risk assessments
Collaborate with project management and leadership teams during pre-construction
Support bid strategy scope reviews and project hand offs

What Were Looking For

7 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
Strong background estimating commercial buildings (office retail mixed-use healthcare education etc.)
Proven ability to manage estimates from conceptual through hard bid
Solid understanding of construction methods materials and market pricing
Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
Detail-oriented analytical and deadline-driven
