A Paint Manufacturing Company based in Ojodu Berger Lagos is hiring for an HR/Admin. The ideal candidate will oversee back office operations to ensure compliance efficient and organized administrative services that support production sales customer service and Human Resources Management.
Responsibilities
Manage office facilities and day-to-day administrative operations
Oversee HR functions including recruitment onboarding training and staff records
Coordinate HSE administration and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain document control and support quality management processes
Manage vendors contracts and service providers
Handle scheduling internal communications and general administration
Provide front desk and reception support as required
Requirements
35 years experience in office administration and HR management (paint or manufacturing industry preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills with high confidentiality standards
Ability to work cross-functionally in a small team with basic budgeting knowledge
/ HND in Business Management or a related discipline
