Job Summary

A Paint Manufacturing Company based in Ojodu Berger Lagos is hiring for an HR/Admin. The ideal candidate will oversee back office operations to ensure compliance efficient and organized administrative services that support production sales customer service and Human Resources Management.


Responsibilities
  • Manage office facilities and day-to-day administrative operations

  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment onboarding training and staff records

  • Coordinate HSE administration and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Maintain document control and support quality management processes

  • Manage vendors contracts and service providers

  • Handle scheduling internal communications and general administration

  • Provide front desk and reception support as required



Requirements


  • 35 years experience in office administration and HR management (paint or manufacturing industry preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills with high confidentiality standards

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a small team with basic budgeting knowledge

  • / HND in Business Management or a related discipline



Benefits


  • Compensation: 350000 - 450000 net (negotiable slightly) statutory deductions
