Job Summary
Plumbing Project Manager Palo Alto CA
We are a large growing Plumbing contractor that works on some of CAs biggest and best projects. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package as well as great career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Plumbing Construction Projects that we have been awarded
- Manage schedule billings submittals RFIs & change orders
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GCs and Owners
- Select and monitor Subs
- Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working for a Plumbing Contractor
- Familiar with CAPlumbing ASPE Codes and requirements
- Knowledge working with BlueBeam MS Project Excel and Quickpen / Accubid preferred
