As T901 Mid-frame Design Engineer you will own all mid-frame hardware in the compressor module and demonstrate leadership in progressing the T901 engine critical rotating parts design. You will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems apply engineering concepts to design and manufacturing issues develop and execute team objectives and effect short-term and long-term business goals.

Activities contributing to the design and development of T901 midframe. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Responsible execution of hardware ownership manufacturing support assembly and test support and product improvement projects for structures mechanical design. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute the design analysis or evaluation of T901 midframe projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards practices procedures and product / program requirements.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of structures mechanical design and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Structures Mechanical Design

The base pay range for this position is $ 128800.00 - 171350.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on February 2nd 2026.
