Inova Loudoun Schar Infusion Center is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 2 join our team in the Infusion Center. This role will be PRN (scheduled as needed). Day Shift 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Candidate must be able to attend a paid 6 week training period including initial full-time schedule.

Clinical Technician 2 Job Responsibilities:
Provides direct care to patients whose care requirements are routine and standardized with predictable outcomes under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse
Effectively communicates with health team members patients and families; Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with others.
Assists unit leadership with overseeing other unit Clinical Technician education records.
Has respect for and an understanding of other clinical disciplines.
Maintains competencies and seeks opportunities to develop professionally.
Identifies own learning needs based on self-evaluation and the progress made from the previous years goals.
Assumes responsibility for self-development in life long learning and seeks opportunities to further increase practice knowledge.
May perform additional duties as assigned.
Shift: day (8am - 4.30pm)
Schedule: 8 hour shifts PRN (as needed)
Training: Candidate must be able to attend a paid 6 week training and orientation period including initial five day workweek.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 1-year acute care experience as a Clinical Tech or clinical rotation with an accredited nursing program and/or 2 years of nursing school
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Certification: BLS within 90 days of hire.
Special Skills: Proficient in English. Verbal and written communication skills required.
